She has worked as researcher in the Polymer Science and Technology Institute (CSIC) and in the University of Southamptom on different projects related to liquid crystal polymers. In particular, she developed new styrenic block copolymer structures for different systems such as radiation curable adhesives, hot-melt adhesives, tapes & labels or adhesive films. She is the inventor of different patents in these domains. Currently, her main focus is the development of innovative adhesive solutions based on Kraton™ block copolymers and technical support to key accounts. Martine Dupont obtained a master degree in Material Sciences from the EPL (UCL, Belgium), in 1991.

Martin Schneider is a chemist by education. During his studies he focused on polymer chemistry, especially elastomers. He joined ARLANXEO (at that time LANXESS) in 2010 in the R&D for polychloroprene. In 2014 he finished the training as European Adhesive Specialist at the Fraunhofer IFAM. Since 2016 he is working in the technical support for customers in the adhesive and sealant industry and is heading the development of ARLANXEO products for adhesive applications.

He works for Netzsch Grinding and Dispersing since 2008, started as a development engineer and moved to the department of product management for mixing equipment in 2013. He is involved in the whole process around NETZSCH’s mixing equipment, from development over commissioning at customer sites worldwide to process support before and after installation of the equipment.

Prior to holding this position, he worked in product management for the plasticizer portfolio of KRAHN. Earlier, he was the Technical Sales Manager for Soft-PVC applications, having served his appreniticeship at KRAHN starting in 2006.
